Shipping and Returns policy

Mud to a Rock offers one flat rate of $15 for shipping in Canada and another flat rate of $40 shipping internationally. all packages will be sent via Canada post and tracking number will be provided to you.

to ensure all of your valuable pieces arrive safely, some larger orders may be split up into more than one shipping container, at an additional flat rate fee per package. whenever possible, shipping boxes and materials will be reused. I do my best to package every item with extreme care but, if something should arrive broken, please let me know. I will require a picture of the damaged item in its opened package, and I will do my best to make sure you have a similar replacement. as each piece is unique, I cannot promise that any replacements will be exactly the same.
